Company Story

Founded to keep commercial construction predictable.

KGC was founded in Houston in 2015 to give commercial owners a contractor that connects preconstruction decisions to the field crews who actually run the work.

Since then, the company has delivered industrial parks, warehouses, commercial shells, tilt-up structures, and multifamily improvements across the United States, keeping the critical scopes that control schedule and quality close to the team responsible for them.

Mission & Values

Reduce uncertainty and deliver buildings owners can operate with confidence.

KGC's mission is to make commercial construction predictable by tying planning to field execution. These values guide how the work gets done.

Plan Before Building

Budgets, constraints, and long-lead items are resolved early so the field is not solving preventable problems.

Own the Critical Path

Concrete, tilt-up, and site scopes stay close to the people responsible for quality and schedule.

Communicate Clearly

Decisions, schedule impacts, and next steps are shared openly, not buried in vague status updates.

Build Safely

Safety and quality are designed into the work sequence rather than treated as separate paperwork.

Act With Integrity

Honest budgets, clear exclusions, and dependable follow-through protect owner trust.

Finish Strong

Punch, documentation, and turnover are tracked early so buildings are ready to operate.

Why KGC

Owners trust the team that controls the work before it reaches the field.

KGC reduces uncertainty through early pricing, constructability review, field-led scheduling, and documented closeout. The proof is visible in completed commercial, warehouse, industrial, and multifamily work across the United States.

01

Preconstruction tied to field execution

Budgets, site constraints, and long-lead items are reviewed early so the team is not solving preventable issues after mobilization.

02

Transparent budgets

Owners see scope, allowances, exclusions, and risk items clearly before committing capital.

03

Critical scopes stay close to the field

Concrete, tilt-up, slab, and site sequencing stay connected to the people responsible for turnover.

04

Communication owners can act on

Project communication focuses on decisions, schedule impacts, and next steps.

05

Safety and quality built into the sequence

Site planning, documentation, and quality checkpoints are aligned to the work plan.

06

Closeout starts before the finish line

Punch, documentation, and owner handoff are tracked early so the building is ready to operate.
