Founded in Houston in 2015 by Daniar Musa, KG Construction was built on a simple idea: Texas deserves a general contractor that self-performs the work that matters, prices projects honestly, and treats every owner like the next project depends on it — because it does.
We grew one successful handover at a time — starting with North Garden Warehouses in 2018 (40,000 sq ft, 8 buildings), then industrial parks in Pearland, Missouri City, and across the Houston metro. Today KGC delivers warehouses, industrial plants, tilt-up concrete buildings, and commercial shells across Texas with the same owner-led accountability as day one.
