Four Houston-area properties — 1,252 units total — taken through a full value-add cycle, from worn 1980s envelopes to a modern, leasable product.

KGC delivered exterior repaints, balcony rebuilds, unit interior renovations, signage and landscape upgrades, and roof and envelope repairs under a single contract — closing the gap between dated assets and the leasing experience today's renters expect.

The work moves through occupied properties on a phased schedule, with crews coordinated around tenant access, turnover windows, and ongoing property operations.
